Tyrona (Ty) Heath joined LinkedIn in 2015 as the Lead for Agency and Partner Education. She is also the President of LinkedIn’s Black Inclusion Group (BIG). In her role she is responsible for scaling education on LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions product, empowering Agencies and Partners to deliver successful marketing on behalf of their clients. In 2017, Ty launched Marketers of Tomorrow, a step by step online course on how to deliver an effective inbound marketing plan.
Clients benefit from Ty’s nearly 15 years of experience in digital marketing education at Google Inc, consulting within IBM as a social business manager and leading her own B2B agency consulting practice, Spectacled Marketer. In her career, she has delivered digital marketing product education to thousands of agencies and partner employees.
With an MBA in Marketing and Operations Management from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and an International Economics degree from Georgetown University, Ty is a contributing author in recently published book “The Professional Black Woman” and full author of “Marketer’s of Tomorrow: A Step by Step Toolkit for Inbound Marketing”. Ty is a two time Olympic Trials qualifier in track and field for the 800 meters in 2004 and 2008 and loves reading science fiction, having brunch and writing.
